Cuban Salsa and Rueda

Hugely popular in the UK, Salsa has all the moves from traditional Latin dance (such as Cha Cha, Rumba etc.), but has evolved into a sexy, creative partner dance that will give you an irrepressible zest for life!

Modern Jive (Le Roc)

Modern Jive (Le Roc) is probably the most adaptable and creative partner dance ever devised, and can be danced to almost any mid-tempo music, including disco and Rock & roll.

1950's Jive (Rock & Roll)

Classic 6 and 8 beat jive, integrated with Rock 'n' roll and Jitterbug.

Cuban Latin

Cuban 1950's Cha Cha, Mambo and Rumba found their way to the western world and transformed the way we danced. Come and learn the way it was done, and explore the roots of Salsa!.

West Coast Swing

A smooth slinky partner dance, based on American Lindy Hop. Swing is designed for mellower rhythms, such as swing and blues.
